We’ll start with an informal chat about your project and in most cases I’ll send you a Project Planner by email. This Project Planner will be my brief. I’ll then advise you that by replying and asking me to get on and write your copy, you acknowledge acceptance of my terms and conditions. If I need further information once I receive the Project Planner back from you, I will call or email you, and if necessary, we can arrange a meeting — whatever’s best for you.
